We exist to support those called into pastoral ministry — starting with founder Joaquin Clay's two-year pastoral residency at Shandon Baptist Church — by providing the support needed for him to give his full time and attention to formation, study, and service.

As support grows, our hope extends beyond the residency itself — to one day fund ongoing evangelism and mission efforts that carry the gospel beyond our community and around the world.
